ATV/UTV introduction

The new RZR Pro XP Sport is an ATV designed for pure adrenaline experiences. The RZR Pro XP is a perfect combination of extreme performance, sporty design, and high durability. The model features a ProStar Turbo engine, which is a 4-Stroke DOHC Twin Cylinder Turbocharged with a power output of 181 horsepower. Throughout its history, this model has garnered more victories and titles than any other vehicle in its class. It comes equipped with power steering (EPS), outline, front, and rear LED lights. For off-road terrain, it offers 14″ aluminum wheels and MAXXIS Carnivore off-road tires sized 30×10″. This model is equipped with hydraulic disc brakes, featuring 3-piston calipers in the front and 2-piston calipers in the rear. Front 2inch and rear 2,5inch Walker Evans Needle Shocks with 16-Position Adjustable Clickers.

The RZR model offers an uncompromising off-road suspension and robust chassis. The front wheel travel allows for 51cm of movement, while the rear provides 56cm. Terrain capability is secured by a highly efficient All-Wheel Drive system – Isolated Xtreme Performance True On-Demand AWD/2WD. Despite a longer wheelbase of 243.8 cm, the RZR PRO XP maneuvers better than the RZR XP Turbo, combining the best of both worlds.

The complete frame and components of this model are designed for maximum durability and robustness. Hence, a single-piece steel frame without any joints was devised. There are no visible bolts or connecting elements; it is a steel monolith. Additionally, the transmission has been reworked, providing a 39% increase in durability, as well as the front-wheel drive, which is now up to 3 times more resilient. The most significant increase has been achieved in the half-shafts, which are up to 8 times more robust than their predecessor. Thanks to the new open clutch design with improved airflow, the transmission operates at lower temperatures, doubling the belt’s lifespan.

The rider-focused cockpit offers a seating position 5 centimeters lower, reinforced shell seats adjustable in four directions, and a height and tilt-adjustable steering wheel. There’s also the On-board Information Center 4″ Multi-Color LCD display with custom settings of backlights blue/red showing essential information: tachometer, odometer, speed indicator, daily odometer, and engine hours, fuel gauge, coolant temperature, battery status, or service interval indicator. The interior provides the crew with over 20 liters of storage space. Standard equipment includes a 900W charging system, USB charging, or a 12V socket on the dashboard.
